HILLSBOROUGH, NJ – The Hillsborough Library staff has helped to enlighten residents about cultural diversity with special programs recently.
Visitors experienced a rare backstage look into the Chinese opera when Yonghong Jia presented From Kun to Jing Opera: A Brief History. The makeup and transformation process were explored. Jia then treated patrons to a mesmerizing vocal performance on Aug. 7.
