On April 15th 2019, Ms. Yong-Hong Jia was invite to demonstrate Chinese Opera to TCNJ students with hands-on experience. During an hour and half session, Ms. Jia showed students the make-up process, Chinese Opera movements and steps, explained the symbolic meaning of each prop and let the students dress up in the Chinese Opera costumes to have the unique experience of the beautiful arts. Special thanks to Dr. Celia Liu for giving us the opportunity to spread the teaching of Chinese Opera.
